Great cover of one of my alltime fav songs by one of the greatest modern songwriters. The intro didn't suck me in like the original, but once the familiar rhythm kicked in and the first verse started, I was hooked! Very nice.

Great work, but what I like about this song is that it is so minimalist.
You could have played the guitar more groovy and less powerful to keep this ambience up.

Dude, great job. I honestly expected much less from anyone on a Tom Waits song. for real, great.
-
great guitar, good voice.
But let the lyrics tell the story and not the guitar.
Focus on the story and let the guitar follow!
Getting there - keep up, please!

Bien bien. Good stuff.I was scared when I saw the word "cover"in front of the name of the song. But thats pretty good.

Hey there was no disrespect in my last comment that you deleted! I find it good..your voice and you celebrate it real! I only noticed that there was a little "dylan" in your voice! Please dont censor my opinion!

I'm sorry, I don't know how I removed your comment. But it wasn't deliberate. I welcome all comments and I take what you said as a compliment. Dylan? That's cool. Thanks.

Thanks to everyone for your comments. As for the chords , it is in Am to an E then a Dm to a B7 for the intro. Then rinse and repeat. Thanks
