Bush and the Republicans did nothing for 8 years. Also, we'd have more money to deal with the Mexicans if Bush and the Republicans hadn't created a $14 billion (largely). I also think that here the people around the governor of Texas are feeding her lines.

@midtownhipster By American standards they are poor. My husband works long and hard at his employment and we bought 15 acres and a large house (big family). In China? No way would this happen. But Obama is going to spread that wealth around, isn't he? Not his own of course. Communist leaders live in luxury as they watch their populace wallow in poverty.

Ah, so its not the healthcare bill provisions specifically that will destroy the wealthy, just general government spending. But even in depressions, the wealthy store their wealth in safe investments, or overseas accounts. No matter what happens to the economy, the wealthy stay secure. They may lose income, but not their ways of life.
