【材料】:米粉1包、蝦仁4兩、魷魚1條、叉燒2兩、豆芽2兩、韮黃2兩、芹菜2支、咖哩粉1大匙、魚露1小匙、鹽1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙、糖1/3小匙
【做法】:
1、滾水裡加入等比例的冷水後,放入米粉泡軟撈起。
2、把芹菜切段、韭黃切段、叉燒切條、魷魚切塊備用。
3、利用燙米粉滾水放入蝦仁,魷魚川燙撈起。
4、熱鍋加油放入芹菜爆香後,再放入豆芽、蝦仁、魷魚翻炒。
5、把咖哩粉、魚露、糖、水、鹽、胡椒粉調味炒熟後熄火。
6、再放入米粉拌勻後開火,最後再加入韭黃、叉燒炒熟即可盛盤。
