  • I HAVE personally met this guy, I do his workout program twice a week, he DOES have a 46 inch vertical, ive seen him jump, its amazing, and those hoops ARE 10 feet, its at Murrieta Valley High School in California

  • This video is so white.

Sorry, I've just been watching some vertical leap videos, and it's funny how the music, apparel, etc. are separated so cleanly into stereotypes.

The AC/DC is the icing on the cake :).

  • @Manuelcr7 work on all of those you just mentioned and your set to having great vert. and being able to do some nice dunks. (dont forget core and abdominal training in there too)

  • @thefuture067 If u jump as high from a stand still as from run work mostly plyos and lil strength. If u jump lower from stand than from run work on strength and lil plos. My standing is about 30' while run over 40". I have good plyo ability. So strength increases my vert. I am a 2 lg jumper. At 34y 5'9" , I am back to jumping over 40" easily. Also, If your standing is nowhere need 30" u need to get your strength up. U will never see a 2 lg jumper with 24" standing and 44" running verts!

  • @cbdud any advice on training ?

  • TFB calling yet?

  • Dan what's most important for vert?

    #strengh (max effort training)

#rate of force development (explosiv training)

    #reactivity (plyometrics)

#movement efficiency (just jumping as high as possible)

  • Are you ambidextrous i noticed you drunk left and right handed i cant tell which you prefer

  • now this looks more convincing than the first video with the distorted screen!

  • What's most impressive is all the dunks he can do do all these dunks with both hands. While being 5'10" and doing dunks is super impressive, being able to throw down windmills and 360s with both left and right hands is just sick.

  • very nice hops...im 5'11 asian and i can barely dunk and yet u make dunking look so easy...
