Pretender is a sweet, laid back thoroughbred gelding who has been carefully groomed for a successful career in the hunter/jumper industry. Extreme attention to detail has been implemented into this horse's training program to date. As such, Pretender is a dream to ride under saddle and over fences. On top of his training as a hunter/jumper, he also understands basic level dressage and has extensive experience out on the trails. Pretender is an easy keeper with wonderful ground manners, and he loads, bathes and clips unremarkably.




Currently Pretender is jumping 2'6"-3'0" and is beginning to understand his lead changes. Pretender has recently competed at several shows. He was reserve champion in two divisions at his first horse show. He also recently won his second class over fences at his first 'A' rated show. This horse undoubtedly has the ability to flawlessly move up through the hunter/jumper divisions under the supervision of either a novice or experienced rider.
