Bill is an icon. The best pieces from YES, Genesis and King Crimson is when Bill is on the throne. That's not to take anything away from Alan but if you took a poll of percussionist's... Bruford wins hands-down (No pun intended) and it's not even close. That being said, I can't imagine YES without Alan nor do I wish to.

Bruford is a far more accomplished musician however, Alan White slaps some mean skins in his own right and with the Yes faithful he's always gonna be a major part of the band

oo that's the drum intro from Mind Drive

I actually think these seven people who don't like this, they'd love to play any bruford's songs, but ...cannot!!

5:57 Nice entrance, Tony!

The heck with all y'all. Animal rules!

@eheister2006 No eheister, YOU suck.

@JapaneseMonsters14 Mr. Peart stole most of his triplet fills from Bill Bruford and Phil Collins. I am sure Bruford could play anything Peart ever played on, probably better, but Peart could hardly sit behind most of what Bruford played on. Really no dispute, probably none from Peart either.

@syikot You're opinion is quite boring. Alan White is a legend!
