A young woman from Germany has won the World Air Guitar Championships in Finland, only the second female to ever win.
Aline 'The Devil's Niece' Westphal went up against 14 other contestants from all over the world in front of a 7,000 strong crowd at Oulu, Finland yesterday. Each contestant had to perform two rounds, the first round with a song of their own choice and the second round all competitors had to air guitar along to Rage Against The Machine's Without a Face.
For her first round the 'Devil's Niece' stormed into the lead with Foo Fighters' Pretender, and even though US air guitar champion, Justin "Nordic Thunder" Howard, managed a tie in the compulsory song round it wasn't enough to beat Westphal.
The only other woman to ever win the championships, which is now in its sixteenth year, was Johanna Ala-Siurua from Finland back in 1999. This year not only did a lady win, third place also went to a female, Veronica "Like Ever Gin" Mullerova of the Czech Republic.

This is so embarrassing to pretend to play a guitar.All my life I always wanted to play a guitar but never learned so I moved on with my life. These mofo's said to themselves "If i cant play a real guitar i'll play a fake one,Fuck it!" And they do it in public. This is something that you do when you are a child in your room.....Noobs!
