That's not a sensible suggestion at all. All the people who go to Eton (and any school where you pay) have parents who are also paying taxes for the state schools which they aren't even using. They're already paying to make the state system better for everyone. They are just choosing to use other money to go to another school. Surely you cant justify taking even more of their money?
