@DamianDoubled YOU ARE IGNORANT THERE IS NO WAY HYDRAULIC FRACTURING CAN FRATURE THE STRATA FROM 6000 FEET DEEP TO THE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY OF A WATER WELL IF YOU COULD PUMP THAT MUCH PRESSURE IN A WELL TO DO THAT THE DRILLING RIG WOULD TOPPLE OVER.

@esmith4251984 Oh yeah the methane is the water wells is coming from a coal seam or old mine shaft these people are trying t get a new water well when there well was already bad and they don't won't to pay for it and they are blaming the gas well drilling companies for it.

@kenjackson1977 Hey drinking methane i think the video's you have seen are bullshit there well is in a coal seam or old mine shaft. you can not crack shale to the near surface with fracking there is too much force applying downward in the well with overlying strata.

Natural gas companies are looking at NC resources big time. Rumor has it 62+ landowners in one county have already signed lease agreements with gas companies and research is still in progress. I am afraid that a lot of people are very uneducated about the potential risks drilling has on the environment and are being taken advantage of. Does anyone out there have any information they could share to enlighten the people of NC on this subject before it's too late?
