the lyrics are about the PEDs he took to compete that led to his DQ at Madonna di Campigilio and began a downward spiral he was unable to recover from. "make you stronger, harder, i want your mind, feel feel fine. who's your daddy? drugs per/lyrics. he later lost his mind and life to prolonged cocaine use. was on multiple physciatric drugs. died of an OD alone and crazed, very sad. The book by Matt Rendell "The Death of Marco Pantani" is a fascinating read. i hope you are at peace now marco.
