It took me a long time to notice the dialogue with Rachel was different the second time around. I was constantly nagged by that "I don't remember this" -feeling during their chats until I realized it was indeed different.

Poor Kyle during NG+, cursing to himself that he didn't ask Rach to join him for his vacation after the final phonecall.

@sofielundsskolan the latter, the disalogue between Hyde and Rachel gets a little bit more intimate (along with certain other conversations), plus playing again also gives you a different item in the vending machine, a different ending, an extra scene after the credits (if you have NO game overs) and an extra item given to you by louie which leads you to the final secret of the game "the memento".
