I Will Survive - Ukulele Cover

I admit it.

I spit this one out without trying to get the "right" take...and I just look plain tired. But whaddya gonna do? :) AND I wasn't using my normal mic setup, just using a lavaliere right above the uke.

Ok, so that's it for the disclaimers. :)

It's just been SO long since I posted a video that I wanted to get something up. I've got a BACKLOG of songs I want to do, and several that will be real editing projects, but this? Well...1 take, upload, and that's that.

This is one of those songs that I never thought I'd care about recording, but the Pupinni Sisters rework of this Gloria Gaynor song ( http://bit.ly/bUKM3x ) gave it new life for me, though my interpretation is different than theirs by a longshot.

I am also AMAZED at how many other uke covers there are for this song!

You know you think you find something unique, but.....
