NO its not.. Strip comes from the the T-Bone as you might know, what you dont know is that a Sirloin comes from the round which is a totally different cut, if you remove the cap off of a Top Sirloin you can cut it into what is known as Sirloin strips ( most people reffer to it plainly as cap steaks ) thus they are not the same and you are a god damn boner bitting retard.
