OVER-THE-RHINE, Ohio (WKRC) -- The Cincinnati streetcar project is getting some national attention.A story on the project and the battle to complete it appeared in the New York Times Sunday. The story outlines the grass roots effort to save the streetcar and the financial issues the city faces. Work on the streetcar will resume this week. More rails will be delivered Thursday and because of that Elm Street between Findlay and McMicken will be closed from 11 in the morning until 4 that afternoon. Detours will be posted. Work is slated to resume on the project Friday.
