HA that's awesome.  Almost exactly what I'm trying to do. I've setup vlc player to automatically play whatever intro video file before any video gets played (along with setting up a little logo watermark in the bottom left of the movie / show), now I just need to create a nice intro like this ... thanks for the inspiration !
