Very good! I like that she's "still" but still has movement to her. I keep looking at it over and over, though, and can't seem to decide if her iris movement is too slow or not when she first looks to her left. That's really my only critique. I think her eyelid movement is spot on.

How many frames were used to make that? And what speed is it? (fps)

I don't see any animation this is just drag and click. This is not animation but it doesn't look bad either.

try to use the function editor for ease in and ease out but other than that wow great job on the drawing and good emotion, all that needs work is the movement and that is because of interpolation so just do this frame by frame and that will fix that and you have something to put on a reel...:)

I export with a good high quality codec first, then convert to a more Youtube friendly format with a thrid party app like Super, finally upload and done.

Anime Studio 5. You can do this type of animation with any app that lets you manipulate and animate vectors like Flash.
