Worst culinary video I have ever, ever seen. No attempt to share information, hideous editing, aggressive physical style that is completely at odds with the mellow music, completely obscuring the camera's view with a mixing bowl(!) here's a much better recipe that I haven't posted yet. 6cups soaked kamut with water then 1/2 cup...or is it full cup??? honey and a tablespoon salt. grind and dehydrate...wow, very doughy! I like my sandwich bread (video is already made) much better, plus no soaking required.

yeah that's my $40 dehydrator, I bought it over the internet. make sure it has temp control! my bread recipe video is much better than this video recipe. have fun in the kitchen!
