  • It really depends on what kind of filter it is. If it is a glass type, I'm not sire where you might find these. However it is the cloth type, you can purchase from pretty much any brand like hario, Yama or bellina for example. good luck

  • @dseng I just bought a syphon for precisely that reason--to better pick up single-origin characteristics. I'm still having trouble getting it right. What grind-size are you using? Is something like basic white sugar or table salt too fine?

  • HELP!!! I just inherited one of these, but it did not come with the filter part. How/where can I find one so that I can try it? All my google searches seem to head nowhere or into the bake ware category of Pyrex. Perhaps Pyrex doesn't make these any more? if that is the case is there another company that I can use their filter part?

    I totally appreciate any tip that can be passed on to me.
