  • I am a nut for figs

  • very informative. I just tried my first fig just now, a brown turkey which i bought at the grocery store. It took by surprise, it almost had an onion flavor to it. I was expecting something sweet (like a fig newton =) But according to your video the ones i bought aren't ripe yet and I'm going to try roasting them like you suggest. thanks for the video, i can wait until i get some sweet ones =)

  • wow i'm definitely going to try this. nice

  • Thank you for the great idea! I love figs. I have a brown turkey tree in my yard. I have this unexplainable passion about figs and my fig tree. Probably because my tree has been rooted and in my family for 4 generations now. I make preserves with mine. Great on ice cream, pancakes....you name it YUM! I've been dreaming of moving to CA and planting a fig orchard ;)

  • "it nuts inside you" Huh?
