In this video I demonstrate an excellent yoga pose for your back and spine. In addition, this exercise, cat-cow, is very good for your digestive system as well. The exercise is simple and easy to do and is a part of all different schools of yoga.

As a bonus, I have shown an interesting variation to this pose, which is great for expelling deep seated fears from your system and making you brave. This variation should be done without strain, and you should develop your capacity slowly. The variation works on your respiratory and nervous systems as well.
