  • If your a determined patient drummer you'll have the attitude to explore and be curious with any drum hardware you have. You really don't need to watch this vid(no offense mr. omar. you did a great job sharing to others the flaws of the peds ). i have the same peds and adjusted them to my liking. Now the pedals felt more than just $100. Just be curious. oh! and yeah! "The drummer makes the pedal, not the other way around." i so agree on that:)

  • @tkmj2008 Hey tkmj.

No offense taken! I made the video thinking that maybe others ran into the same issues that I did, come to find that I was right! But yes, "the drummer makes the pedal, not the other way around" - so true!

    Drum on. :)

  • this was my first double bass pedal i got almost 4 years ago, it broke apart, poor quality, not a smooth blasting. i now own an iron cobra, much better.

  • @thrasher956 Hey Thrasher.

Point well seen! Sometimes you do get what you pay for, but for the most part the Vex pedal is pretty good (for a first pedal). Too bad about your first Vex pedal, though. But even better, I'm glad the Iron Cobra is working out for you! Hopefully we can watch you play. :)

  • i have this pedal and i am having a big problem with it because it has very sloppy u-joints i was wondering if you have any solutions

  • @MrPed146 Hi Mr. Ped. If you haven't already, please watch all four of the videos in the Vex pedal adjustment series. If you're pressed for time, just watch three and four, and what you need to see should be there. Let us know how it goes!

  • I want to buy that pedal, but i live far from Usa and it need much many to buy it.

  • @CopeiiNike Sir Nike! Well, you already got the pedal, so now you're in it for the long haul! :)

Just watch my four videos on configuring the pedal - you should be fine. For the money, they're pretty good. I don't know how good you are, but the drummer makes the pedal, not the other way around. Good luck!

  • I just bought this pedal.. This is my first dotuble bass pedal.. Is there any bad things about it?
