Is there a way to support your work while you're in the developmet phase? I've been looking forward to this game since I originally heard about it. It looks incredible.

I work full-time at Petroglyph, so I'm already supported. If something happens with that I'll probably try to kickstart it, and if that fails, just do regular preorders.

How much will this cost when it's done?

I think it's worth about $10. But if I can't get a deal to release on the regular XBLA, there is a limit of $5 imposed by Microsoft. I may have to reduce both the PC and Xbox prices to keep it fair.

Why not PSN?

Mainly because it's written in XNA. I can use monogame to port to some other platforms at a later date, but PS3 is not one of them. Also there is no indie game store that any old person can upload to - I'd need to go through Sony to get approval.

It's still going. I've got about 3/8th of the maps made, though I'm not sure that's a good measure since the thing that takes longest is programming new features (like I'm expecting the grappling hook to take a while). I'm still targeting 2013.
