@TheNitromate - Forgot to reply here, but I think we having the conversation over at rFactor site. I will reply here so others know. FaceTrackNoIR v1.7 is kinda still in a pre-alpha stage from the time of the video. As far as the settings go, people will need to go to rfactor DOT net and go to the thread labeled "TrackIR &/or other head tracking support" for the settings inside rF2.
