  • Rhythms from West Africa meet up with the sounds of North America in the genius that is all things Roy Haynes.....thanks for sharing this treat!

  • He just lets his personality take control. I love it!

  • Mr. Haynes, Roy and Mr. King, Speed!

    wow

  • Hey Roy !!!Jazz Jazz U Jazz!!!!!

  • When they cloned Roy Haynes, how many did they make? And will they ever run out?

And don't try and tell me they didn't... there's vids on youtube of him from 40 years ago and he hardly looks any different, except they've lost the wig.

    Fantastic drumming - totally original....

  • Amazing. Btw get a camera where you can plug in a Lavalier mic... eg Canon or similar at B&H!

  • Jaleel Shaw on Alto...love the sound, i saw these guys at a Jazz fest in Reno a few years back, Roy Haynes still rocked the house harder than anyone else could.

  • He is awesome!!! Now you can see them at Blue Note in Tokyo. 彼らの演奏は凄かったよ!

  • Haynes is a master: 85 years of youth.

  • The Master.
