Probably no.
With Toadstool64 you can only change objects position and type.
But,maybe,there is a feuture that I haven't already found...

Imagine the possibilities if Nintendo allowed players to use a level editor to create new worlds using Nintendo's tools. As amazing as this Sky Cage is (I smiled at the creative use of the shell) I bet players could pull off some amazing feats with Mario Galaxy's engine.

Although this level was going to be in Missing Stars. However, due to several glitches when I tried to cross it over, it couldn't work.
