popluation reduction happens all the time - Morgellon's (chemtrails), flu shots, for example. Walgreens and CVS are CANVASSING their perimiters with "real estate"-type signs and LED signs "FLU SHOTS NOW, FLU SHOTS HERE" and that was happening in central Florida even a back a couple months ago in the mid-summer.
