@MethsBack The game is called Splinter Cell Conviction. it can be done if you hold a rifle or a shotgun and dispatch an enemy from behind with hand-to-hand combat, by breaking their neck

@pieluverftw Well, not to close. I mean theres games were you stab people. But Reach has stabbing too. And theres games were the view is from the eyes of the character holding a gun in the bottom right of the screen, but Reach does it too.

@EnragedPorkchop Well, you bit misunderstood me, that was just an example. Animations are animations, there are some things that can't be replaced by something similar. Yes, you can think of another animation, but would it look as cool as this one? Maybe. Animations are in my opinion the smallest thing to get mad about and sue everyone left and right. Having 2 running animations very similar in 2 different games wouldn't cause someone to sue someone, would it? ;)

@HaraldX123 I'm not talking about GAMEPLAY, per se, I'm talking about seperate animations that people can get very original with. This specific animation is pretty much EXACTLY like the one from Brotherhood. I do really like the whole "Breaking someone's neck with a long, sturdy, pole" thing, though.

@EnragedPorkchop So, based on what are you saying, ID software can sue Microsoft, Bungie, Valve and any other game company that has made a First person shooter because these games obviously steal content from ID Software's DooM, Quake and Wolfenstein 3D games. Please, don't be an idiot. -_-

It's good, but not very "Gamey" I doubt bungie would put this in. Though, halo does need an assassination for the gravity hammer!
