The Learning Program Boston (LPB) is an early educational literacy and numeracy program for children with Down syndrome. An affiliate-partner of the Learning Programâ„¢, a nationally-recognized model for parent-focused intervention developed by the Down Syndrome Foundation (Orange County, CA), the program is based on evidenced-based approaches to teaching children with Down syndrome established by Down Syndrome Education (UK), world-recognized leaders in cognitive research for children with Down syndrome. LPB is implemented in the Greater Boston area by the 3-21 Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
