Monthly test of Houston County, GA's outdoor warning siren system. This siren, a Whelen WPS-2909, is located on the edge of the Matt Arthur Elementary School grounds, right next to Houston Lake Med-Stop. The sirens do a bi-lingual pre-test message, a 30-second alert tone, and finally a bi-lingual post-test message.
@amtrak3501 I tried to get a video of ours doing the Spanish voice during a warning, but you couldn't hear it over my little Model 2 screaming its wee paint off. LOL
