At 44 years of age, Iron Curtain Labs' Dr. Judd Biasiotto fell face forward squatting over 500 pounds. Consequently, Judd required back surgery. Judd came back one year later and not only shattered the world record in the squat but also recorded one of the greatest pound for pound squats of all time - squatting an incredible 603 pounds at a mere 130 pound body weight! • Judd shocked the sports world by squatting a mindboggling 603 pounds. That lift which exceeded the previous world record by over 80 pounds is considered one of the greatest feats of strength in the history of powerlifting.

  • I was at the meet and saw it first hand. First of all, Judd is 100% drug free unlike 95% of other powerlifting world record holders. Second, he did not use all that cheating equipment to make the lift that a lot of these so called lifters are using today. He wore a lifting suit with knee wraps. Period. He unracked the weight alone, unlike the lifters who use that monlift crap. The lift was judged by three international officials. He easily broke parallel. No drugs, no equipment just pure power.

  • no way...wtf he is like a twig...

  • @lifesourceorganics My coach is an active competitor in powerlifting. He did a 765 training squat at 148, but did 675 at 148 at a meet.

  • thats amazing

  • Amazing amount but it looked parrell( on iPod so maybe can't see perfectly)

  • Bar went down then up and back down again at the beginning of the lift. He did go deep enough and it's still a massive lift for his "powerlifting gear" and bw.

  • Actually that is real. Judd is a pound for pound powerlifting legend!

  • Thats not even real

  • Damn brah how long have you been lifting?

  • Its also critical to know exactly when to ascend, so you do not waste strength. Do a quick utube search on squatprecision and watch the video. This will help you achieve your highest pound one rep squat.

  • insanely strong, I'm 145 and squat 400 max, can't even think of doing 600.
