Camp Bridgehead Bussum, The Netherlands, 2004 may 9

Bussum Bridgehead is the largest historical military event in the Netherlands. This World War Two re-enactment event is held annually in May at Camp Crailo, a military exercition area near the village of Bussum. Present were re-enactment groups from Holland, Belgium and the UK. At Sunday the event was open to the pubic. You will see a shooting demo, WWII vehicles, (ham) radio activity with WWII radio's. Shot with Panasonic NV-MX7 DV camera

Bedankt voor je reactie. Morgen de laatste keer in Bussum. Ik ga ook nog een keertje kijken. Wie weet maak ik weer een filmpje. Ik vond deze na het opruimen van mijn videobandjes en dacht dat het wel leuk zou zijn voor meerdere mensen dan alleen de huiselijke kring.

Ik ga volgend jaar bij de Wehrmacht bij de H.R.V.N (Historische.Reenactment.Veren­iging.Nederland).

Ik moet minstens 18 zijn en ik moet zelf de spullen zien te krijgen :)

Very nice footage you've shot there! thanks for sharing, I've been there for like 6 years, really awesome to see this in Holland. I hope it will be held in Soesterberg on the old airfocebase next year. I remember that they shot with auto Tommy's when I was like 14 or something. I went up in the building with the soldiers really awesome. Now my ears can't take the shooting since they're damaged (Ipod), Sucks since I can't enjoy the shots anymore... 5*

Pretty interesting, I dont like wars unless they have a good based purpose or a reason to fight for, such as FREEDOM.
