Profold High Speed Magnetic Encoder

Profold's fast and reliable magnetic encoder was developed to encode and read-back magnetic Lo-Co at 30,000 cards per hour on tracks 1,2 & 3 and Hi-Co tracks 1,2 & 3 at 25,000 cards an hour.
The magnetic encoder takes up very little room on the card line as it has a very small footprint. Profolds soft touch design applies very little head pressure on the magnetic stripe, reducing the amount of scratches and maintaining the quality of the card.
Profold's Magnetic Encoder is ideal for applications requiring ISO standard encoding including gift cards, credit cards and loyalty cards. Specialty applications can be met with custom designs for proprietary mag encoding applications such as metro ticketing.
Adjustments for variations in card thickness from are quick, simple and require no tools or difficult changeover process.
