one the descriptons in haarps patent is the creation of ionizing clouds. haarp was part of sdi. radar systems can use ionized clouds to extend their range over the horizen. while I'm pretty sure this isn't the only reason for haarp, it would make sense to use this feature to detect soviet ICBM's. llok up haarp clouds, note how the kind of look a little like the auroras

@Vojife Bullshit this is a chemcloud, the colors don't even resemble the prism colors of a rainbow. I watch these occur when they spray as the chemtrails start to dissipate. As for HAARP scalar waves are what you should be looking for which again appear every time they spray. Nothing basic about this, just spend some time watching the planes, and you will notice certain characteristics of the chem planes. How the trails are only so long, they can only carry so much cargo.

Oh my god!

This is NOT Haarp at all!

The clouds in that sphere are made from ice crystals, which, when the sun shines through, has the prish effect.

It's basicly the same thing like rainbow.

iv seen one of these coulds it was shaped like a snake and a big storm cloud was about to be covered bye a big black rain cloud .... it was also much more brighter ni colour n not so c through ish
