Yup, it's true... Sometimes we actually train because it's fun and we enjoy doing silly unproductive things. Kids call it playing and for some reason adults call it unproductive and lame.

If you are in the Calgary area and would like the help of a personal trainer, please visit our training site at:

  • nice videos. they help out alot

  • Glad to hear it Curtis

  • Is skating dangerous? Is surfing dangerous? Is skydiving dangerous?

What knee pad wearing mommas boy was concerned about you guys getting out there and tearing some muscle up? Bench Pressing in a gym is just as dangerous as going headfirst down stairs. Except the fact that a 200 pound bar crushing your neck might kill you. God forbid you fall down a few steps and your friends laugh their asses off.

Keep up the crazy workouts! If your too scared to get hurt, get back on the sidelines.

  • HAAAAAA - Awesome!

  • aka if you dont like the methods and its too many reps, then move the fuck on to the next video

  • LOL

  • Your candadian ?, i a was born in canada, and nice video, i work out but not like jogging for 60 minutes, thats boring, i do interval training because it makes yo ufeel more awake and fresh and mostly fun.

  • Agreed! Some people can't think outside the box, and when they do it = fun

    Great response Ray!

  • Thanks Bro! :-)

  • GREAT REPLY Ray :-) Some people just don't understand, that is a similar attitude I get when I am walking up and down stairs on all fours whilst conditioning for Parkour. However for the linear thinkers out there this is fantanstic agility, strength and conditioning training I'm loving proof off that.
