Almost 600 students participated in this event, because of barbershoppers who invest in the future of this hobby, through the Harmony Foundation. Visit www.harmonyfoundation.org to learn more or to donate.
I love this video. I'm starting college in 4 months and I'm going to become a teacher. As soon as I graduate and find a job, I'll be starting a barbershop chorus in my school
Fantastic video - This is why I love Barbershopping so much!
Thank you Sean Devine, Ev Nau, Ryan Killean and the entire Harmony Foundation staff for all the work you are doing to promote our wonderful hobby to youth all over the world.
Don't give up! lots of resources available. Depending upon your location, there may be choruses is your area that are less demanding or no auditions at all, to get started. Visit multiple chapters if you can. Then there are learning tracks and coaches available to you. It's well worth it. Good luck!
This hobby is way too much fun. The choruses coming out each year keep setting the bar higher and higher. I can't wait for Tuscon next year and seeing how much better this competition is gonna get.
Thanks to all those who are making it possible for these young people to enjoy music in the barbershop style. I love seeing the very young people on the risers with those of the older generations. You can't "keep the whole world singing" unless the younger generations learn to appreciate and sing this enjoyable music.
@ChrisisBass13 you honestly just have to go for it. don't let people bring you down. if you want to sing, than for the love of everything, sing!
