No this is definitely a C. For an A+ you need so much more content and so much more fluency. I could do better than this with no prep and I suck at French haha.

She did not deserve a C ! Her french is good: she has a proper vocabulary and answers very coherently. The only bad point is her lack of fluency caused by the stress ... I'd owe her a B+ lol
