Sailor StarS - Starlights [ Version 1 ] - Large SFX Update

Okay, I'm done saying "final" for Starlights SFX. I FINALLY got my hands on the frikin SFX I was missing for Healer and Maker! It was on the final episode of Sailor Stars being slightly covered with music and that was all I needed for them.

Last two bits for Fighter are the chime SFX under the star and to fix the Music Box SFX. Once those are done, bam, THEN it should be finalized.

Just a note: Once I have these ready and all the Starlights attacks for the most part done, I'll be releasing all of my Starlight SFX in a Pack :D
