nice catch! I remember catching 15lb + at the dam in Lodi lake in CA, using a Zara Spook. They have now blocked off the dam because they concidered it poaching because they were so easy to catch...I remember a man caught a 54 incher that had to be at least 40+lbs. His fight actually took out 3 peoples lines lol. Keep up the fishing folks and good luck.

they like to be on streams and love worms and shrimp, go to where theres a school of them and the more colder, the more deeper they will be on water
