The 'Mist' Suite in A Minor for Piano and Cello - Movement 1 (by Akın Ünver)

"The 'Mist' Suite in A Minor for Piano and Cello" is my original work and will include several 'movements' that make up the whole suite. The idea of the 'Mist Suite' is to musically depict aspects of the well know phenomenon of small droplets suspended in air; therefore, all of the movements of the suite are in fact a serenade to the beauty of the mist.

The first movement of the suite is finally finished and in the last month I have been busy with the recording of the audio as well as the video of this piece. The end product of a very arduous process is this music video that I'm sharing right now. The video is recorded at the University of Michigan's video commons. More experienced musicians will realize that the cello isn't my primary instrument -- in fact I picked up the cello about 3 months ago and tried to learn it by myself just to record this. I would be more than happy to collaborate with actual cellists in the forthcoming movements of this suite.

@wannabebig1 You could try the e-bow on the guitar (assuming its an electric guitar) - it doesn't give the same feel, but you can do some pretty expressive stuff with it!

As many people have been saying, you should really look into having this piece published! I was also wondering if you were ever going to record and/or post the other movements?

@frenchispanicdude03 -- Hello, thanks. Yes; I want to record other movements as well but I am looking for an actual cellist to do that. Cello is too difficult an instrument to be played on the side and I would like to work with 100% cellists for the next movements.
