I have a book called Miracle Cures by Jean Carper. It has a chapter on Q-10 for CHF. We got my mom who had CHF started on it and she swore it prolonged her life. She lived for over 20yrs with CHF. We could always tell when she was out (she wouldn't say anything). She would get so weak she couldn't hardly walk through the house without handing on to the wall. Within a few days back on it she would be back to her old self! Miracle stuff! Ultimately complications from a stroke is what killed her.
@blehblah22 I have been eating alot of cold water fish for years. I look twenty years younger than my age. I also eat mostly raw foods, limit fruit, not alot of juices.
Spirulina. I am not old but I look extremely young. Sun Damage is another one. I eat 90 percent raw foods. Eat raw milk goat foods once in awhile, sleep etc..
I started using 30m and i felt REAL WEIRD like i wanted to throw up and dizzy ? on the first day. then the second i felt a little better my blood preasure dropped and only felt dizzy for a short while ? NOTE - this is weird i had a strange taste in my mouth when i was feeling ill ? any info would be helpfull thanks
Make some more videos....I'll reccommend a few topics.... GMO's and Irradiation. It'd be nice hearing a doctor talk about the dangers of GMO's and Irradiation.
Thanks for the video, it was very informative. I did take CoQ10 back when I was 21. I find it hard to measure how effective these supplements are. I'm 25 now and I think I'll give it another try. I look really young for my age and I work out pretty much every day, including grappling and weight training. I'm nearly 26, should I take CoQ10 or Ubiquinol? Also, what's the recommended daily dosage? I see 30mg and 100mg capsules available.

You're the 1st doctor to invite me into their kitchen, and give me medical advice. Thanks. (^_^)
