Beautiful! One of my favorite instruments used to play my favorite hymn (and maybe favorite song ever!)! Are you Roman Catholic (my Faith) or closer to High Anglican? I learned that Charles Wesley had a devotion to Mary and wrote 2 or 3 songs in her honor. I can't remember if Martin Luther kept a devotion to her or not. She's not worshipped, but that was lost on later Protestants.

It is also one of my favorite songs/hymns ever. I was baptised Roman Catholic but have long been estranged from the Church, but I adore Mary (and Jesus, though I don't call myself Christian). I'm more Buddhist these days. I believe in meditation. Playing the flute is a form of meditation. In this case I was meditating on the beauty, dignity, compassion, and comfort of Mary.
