lol this video is pretty hilarious. Is this day just for fun or do yall actually have rehearsel? & yall's band camp days are only 90 degrees. Ours average 104 degrees + humidty + no wind. So its about 110 degrees.

Slave day is always on the first Friday of our two week Band Camp. All of the seniors get their choice of one freshman (but in out case, we got two freshman, cause their class is bigger than ours) and they have to do whatever we tell them too on this day (they have to be our "slaves"). I.E. wear ridiculous clothes or do random things in front of everyone, as a way to "introduce" the first year members into the band.

Mels' 'band camp' started yesterday. She's there right now and will be for the rest of the week.

Hehe, band camp really sucks, but there are a few rewarding things from it. Plus the fact that its been hotter than 90 degrees this whole week doesn't help either.
