    Also, I do a total of 20reps, so the last two is just to end up at the number 20. Hope that answered your questions!

  • Just means that I am scaling down on the work volume one week to recover so I am ready for a new training period.

  • Why are you doing 3 reps, pause and 3 reps again and so on, instead doing one set of 20 reps?

    A few questions though.

    why is you back so arched on the Bench Press?

    For the pullups you did 3, waited 20 second and cranked out 2.. just curious as to why you did that
