To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA and it requires 2 conditions:

1) Obama must be born in the USA.

2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!

Therefore OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE USA!

Obama is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true (and they ARE TRUE) regardless of where he was born... 1. The person's parents were married at the time of birth 2. One of the person's parents was a U.S. citizen when the person was born 3. The citizen parent (his Mom) lived at least ten years in the United States before the child's birth; 4. A minimum of 5 of these 10 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday.
