The democratic nations can only declare war on very aggressive nations, so that strategy wear you declare war on a tiny country wouldn't work.

It's a shame though, because it sounds like a really cool idea!

The thing is democratic countries always have not-so-democratic vassals or allies, that declare war for them. I'm so sick of getting our relationship with "biggies" +200 and then be declared war from like Iman and then fight with the rest of the world because of it.

the province of Memel may not have lots of resources or factories, but I noticed it has 2 ports and an airfield, and as you said in one of the previous videos, Germany builds a lot of fighters and close air support so they need airfields near the countries they want to invade and I think that's why they demanded this province

Under options you can switch "democraties can start war" to on and off. I used this technique when i played Usa in the early years on Guatemala i think. My Ic was raised with 75% and I was well prepared to own Germany when the time had come (Along with Japan, Mexico and Brazil :P ).
