  • I love you Swag!!

Yeah... I think you already have the best sales pitch I ever heard. I don't now that much about womans hair.I got a 14 daughter. If I heard the story you just explained and how you operate. I would come out of pocket like whaaa.

  • Thank you Q!!!!!! That means a lot! love is love ;)

  • Bring your own hair. I love this video. May God bless you and keep you and give you peace on your natural hair business.

  • aww thank you for your blessings!!!

Peace and prosperity to you all :)

  • i think you should let them supply their own hair mainly because you dont know things like synthetic material alergys and ect.. if they brought you something that makes them sick or so on thats they own fault all you did was supply them with your services. ps im sad you left the 757 i wanted to get my hair did

  • im still here... ill be here for about another 2wks or so. so come thru.

  • it depends on what area of the country you're in i'm from Chicago and braiders would supply human hair, but now I live in San Diego and synthetic hair is all is supplied here. I would like to own a beauty salon and I am thinking about supply human hair b/c it would be an advantage...but I think your method is cool too...it depends on the stylist...

  • If someone is NEW to having braids or just want something simple then I think its ok for u to supply the hair, that way its not much of a cost to u as the stylist & it can always be used. But as far as colors & different hair textures then its wise to suggest them in what would look good & what will not and if they decide to NOT use your suggestion then its only left to u to make sure the hair is braided, weaved or whatever 'cause thats all u are really being paid to do. .

  • I think the client should supply the hair because they may like a certain brand or like you said, color. LOL@hate letter. Do you girl! As far as educated on hair, if they have a question, they should call you from the beauty store darnit!

  • As a salon owner I am pondering the same question. So now I will supply the hair however there is a fee and I require a non refundable deposit.

  • I think that the hair stylist should supply the hair, it makes it esay for the stylist sometime. I guess it also depends on if the stylist can afford to do it and if they have a profitable business. But sometimes the clients should bring their own like you said for the 1st time.

  • why* =way :-D

  • As a professional you have better knowledge of the right hair. As far as color, texture and quality work that out during the consultation. As far as buying REMY take a deposit this why if they cancel you dont lose ur money (non-refundable of course)

  • I think a salon should have for a client to buy of they don't have hair or don't know what to buy. I think more clients will come if the hair that you supply is afforable. People don't want to buy hair form the salon because they can buy it somewhere else cheaper. So keep the price of hair at an afforable price. I know I would go to a salon but having to buy hair at the salon and having the stylist do them cost way to much, so I do it myself. That's why I think salons lose out on clients!
