Excellent Documentary on the PFD, produced in the early 1990's by Bob Farrell & Capt. Joe Errico for the Providence Firefighters Union. Note @ 3:50 mins mark, the floors collapsing at the store fire- Bad quality vhs BUT Great footage in this one !!

also anybody miss the old style buildings , its 2011 and i gotta say the city looks ugly half modern are shit and half old school architecture

@jwdub75 It's real nice to hear that,sure wish the politicians & people of Providence could see this video,especially in light of the battle we're in trying to preserve what we have. I love my job,and this video only reinforces that all the more. Thanks for the post.

Keeping all of us native Rhode Islanders proud. I moved away 11 years ago, and only wish where I live that we could have an F.D. as good as Providence.
