Thoughts simply reflect words, which are learned, and not a reflection of who we really are.

  • I find being aware of my thoughts while meditating tends to stop thoughts in it's path but they return afterwards. It's weird, they stop like a vinyl on a record player and I just have no thought, but creep up on me a few moments later.

  • @joemj413 Thanks for sharing. I believe the return of thoughts after a period of time is common. Over time, with practice, I believe the "gaps" become more sustained.

  • That was very deep, thank you. I will learn to enjoy the silence.

  • @tanktop25 I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for your feedback.

  • Hi, what happened to your littlebigplanetbaby channel? love the vids, thanks.

  • @chromehounds2 Glad you like the vids. The littlebigplanetbaby channel is still up but I haven't designed any new games for awhile. The design tools for LBP2 is a bit complicated (as this video implies, I'm not really into "thinking" a lot these days), and I feel that I satiated my game ideas with the 40 or so games I designed on LBP1.
