Busted MvC Joystick!

Yep! People were right! This arcade is kind of busted.

Put 50 cents in "Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes", and was player 1's joystick doesn't work. I don't know why these arcade operators don't fix broken games/controllers/joysticks. Not trying to be offense, but there's a problem with most of the arcades owned by Nickels and Dimes. I've been to 3 arcades owned by that company.

Then I went to redemption desk to get my credits back, and an employee put 2 credits in another MvC machine, and the joystick's condition was okay, but felt kind of slippery.

Hey! I have the same problem with my X-Arcade joystick. It plays well in other games like MVC3 but not MVC1. The joystick is programmed with the "thumbsticks" on the PS Controller. If you switch on the controller and use the thumbsticks it would not work. MVC1 is programmed to use the "directional pad" to do your movements. Once you turn on thumbsticks (which is easier) or switch the joystick software to use the directional pad, your joystick would work. Tryin to turn on thumbsticks for mvc1.

@FullMetalBleach1 It's okay. There are actually better conditioned MvC cabinets out there.
