Hurricane Lili made landfall over south-central Louisiana on the morning of October 3, 2002. The day before landfall, Lili had strengthened rapidly to Category Four intensity, with sustained winds of 145mph and a central pressure of 938mb. In the last few hours before crossing the coast, Lili weakened significantly... making landfall near Intracoastal City, Louisiana with sustained winds of 90mph and a minimum pressure of 963mb. Peak gusts were recorded at 120mph at Intracoastal City. The minimum pressure in Delcambre was measured at 977.7mb (28.87in).

I had the best hurricane party for Hurricane Lily, those were some great memories. Luckily my parent's house outside of Delcamebre made it through the storm.

Wow if you wouldntve cut it off at 1:56, you wouldve got to my house Eventually lol... Literally... you were 2 blocks away straight from my house... im not gonna say the Street, but who ever was in that car filming, was almost to my house lol. We didn't stay for Lili, but Rita was way worse.
